All pempuan....ah kua and whatever lar...is killing themselves coz wanna keep fit wor.....but then lazy wor.....some ppl keep on diet non stop is actually very bad for health (unless u're a very fat person then better lar..). some ppl lazy to exercise then only eat disaster.... but there is a way to keep fit everything at the same time! no need to exercise arms for 20 minutes...jogging for 20 minutes and so on! but dun woli lazy Peaper! u can do this in eliwhere u want........let sifu teach u how to do..........THE LAZY METHOD FOR THOSE SPECIALLY LAZY PEOPLE......

it's true what!! your arms are moving....and then jump somemore like playing skipping rope!
